Consulting
Already exploring DPP implementation?
Get an independent view of what is missing, what is already in place, and what should happen next. Hands-on consulting, no vendor ties, structured around your timeline and budget.
See the packagesMany organisations start by building internal understanding of the Digital Product Passport through structured learning. In some cases, particularly where complexity, timelines, or ongoing initiatives are involved, teams benefit from working with us directly.
When that is the case, we engage through scoped, fixed-price packages. No long retainers, no generic compliance playbooks, no software to sell.
Each engagement is led directly by GO TRACE and may involve carefully selected domain experts depending on the needs of the project.
One thing worth being clear-eyed about: the data-architecture decisions you make now are expensive to undo. Scope the data wrong today and you risk months of supplier data re-collection in 2027–2028, precisely the window when every other brand will be soliciting the same suppliers for the same information. Getting it right the first time is, in practice, the main thing this kind of engagement buys you.
Three fixed-price packages
Pick the one that matches where you are.
Understanding the DPP tells you what data is needed. These engagements answer who collects it, where it lives, how it flows, and what happens when a supplier cannot deliver it.

About the packages
Why are prices public?
We have made every package scope clear so you can decide whether we are the right fit before we talk. No drawn-out RFPs.
Can we negotiate scope?
Yes. The packages are starting points. If your needs sit between two, or you have specific constraints, we will adjust. Day-rate engagements are available on request.
Who delivers the work?
All engagements are led directly by GO TRACE. Depending on the project, additional specialised experts may be involved to support specific aspects.
Can you invoice in our currency?
EUR is our default. We can invoice in GBP or USD on request, at the day’s reference rate.
What is not included?
Travel above 100km from Paris is billed at cost. Software licences, supplier audit fees, and certification body fees are passed through if needed.
Get the data architecture right once, not three times.
We help you build the data foundation once, so it serves the DPP and the obligations that lean on the same data, not just one deadline.
The data and supply chain traceability behind a Digital Product Passport is the same foundation that feeds Green Claims substantiation, supply chain due diligence (CSRD, CSDDD), EPR reporting, chemical-safety records (REACH), and deforestation and forced-labour due diligence. The DPP doesn’t replace those obligations. It’s the structured container for the data they rely on.
That’s why the scoping decisions made early are the expensive ones to get wrong. Architect the data for the DPP alone and you risk rebuilding it for the next obligation. Architect it for the full stack, against your specific supplier network and product mix, not a generic template, and one investment carries across them. Once the delegated act is published, every brand will be pulling overlapping data from the same suppliers at the same moment; getting the foundation right now is what avoids months of re-work later.
