DPP Readiness Assessment · €1,500 excl. VAT

Not sure where to start with DPP?

Find out in 10 days what would take your team months to figure out internally. You fill a 45-minute questionnaire — we deliver a personalised 20-page report with your exact gaps, regulatory cross-implications, and a prioritised action plan.

What you're actually paying for

You're not paying for a questionnaire — you're paying for the expert analysis behind it. Without this assessment, your team would spend weeks trying to understand your DPP position: interviewing sourcing, IT, compliance, and product teams, getting contradictory answers, and ending up with no clear picture.

The Readiness Assessment gives you a single, structured answer in 10 working days: where you stand, what's missing, what matters most, and where your DPP gaps also affect Green Claims, due diligence, and EPR. No automated tool does this — it's expert judgment applied to your specific situation.

What you receive

The deliverables, in detail

Overall readiness level

Ready, Partially Ready, Not Ready, or Critical Gap — with a narrative explanation.

Section-by-section analysis

Seven areas assessed individually: product identification, supply chain visibility, material composition, durability and recyclability, environmental data, data systems, and governance.

Specific gaps identified

Concrete, actionable findings — not vague recommendations.

Cross-cutting patterns

Structural weaknesses that span multiple areas (data fragmentation, Tier 2+ visibility gaps, lack of internal ownership).

Broader regulatory implications

Where your DPP gaps also affect Green Claims, due diligence, and EPR obligations.

90-day prioritised action plan

What to do immediately, in 30 days, and in 90 days.

Follow-up exchange

Send questions within 5 working days of receiving your report — we use them to prepare a focused 30-minute video call. If we don't hear from you, the report stands on its own.

How it works

From questionnaire to report in 10 working days

  1. 1

    You complete the online questionnaire

41 questions across 8 sections, plus a brief Company Profile and three open priority questions. Yes / Partially / No / Don't know answers, with optional notes per section. Takes 30–45 minutes; you may need input from colleagues in sourcing, IT, or quality.

  2. 2

    We analyse your responses

Our team assesses your position against ESPR requirements and JRC preparatory work for the Textile Delegated Act. We identify gaps, patterns, and cross-regulatory implications.

  3. 3

    You receive your readiness report

A personalised PDF report (~20 pages) delivered by email within 10 working days.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from the free DPP Provider Finder?

The free DPP Provider Finder takes 5 minutes and gives you your maturity stage and priority categories. The DPP Readiness Assessment goes much deeper: 41 questions, 8 sections, a personalised written report (~20 pages) with specific gap analysis, cross-regulatory implications, and a 90-day action plan — followed by a follow-up exchange (questions you send within 5 working days fuel a focused 30-minute video call).

How is this different from the DPP Roadmap & Gap Audit (€8,500)?

The Readiness Assessment is based on what you tell us (self-reported). The Roadmap & Gap Audit is based on what we verify ourselves — we review your actual product data, supplier records, and systems. The Assessment tells you "based on what you know, here's where you stand." The Audit tells you "based on what we've checked, here's where you really stand."

Do I need to complete the form in one sitting?

Yes — for privacy reasons (no cookies, no localStorage) this form does not store progress between sessions. We recommend gathering input from sourcing, IT and quality colleagues beforehand, then completing it in one sitting (30–45 minutes).

What format is the report?

A branded PDF document of approximately 20 pages, delivered by email within 10 working days.

Is there a call included?

Your assessment includes a follow-up exchange. Once you receive your report, feel free to send us any questions within 5 working days — we'll use them to prepare a focused 30-minute video call, scheduled within 5 working days of receiving your questions. If we don't hear from you, we'll take that as a sign that the report speaks for itself and no call is needed.

What happens after the report?

Based on your results, we may recommend further steps: the DPP Masterclass (deeper learning), the Personalised DPP Provider Shortlist (technology selection), the Green Claims Audit (claims substantiation), or the full DPP Roadmap & Gap Audit and Implementation Strategy (hands-on support).

Scope of work — what is and isn't included

Follow-up exchange included — see deliverables above.
