The meetings occur every season via Zoom, fitting into busy schedules with one hour and a half meetings for productive learning and networking.

All sessions are scheduled from 4pm to 5:30pm Paris Time (CET).

What technology will I need to participate?

To participate in our networking events, you will need access to Zoom. You can download and install Zoom on your computer, or use the Zoom app on your mobile device. We recommend a stable internet connection for the best experience.

What happens if I can't attend one of the sessions?

We understand that schedules can be unpredictable. If you are unable to attend a session, you're welcome to nominate a colleague or another representative from your organization to attend in your place. However, please notify us in advance. Note that we do not offer individual session refunds. This policy helps us maintain the continuity and collaborative spirit of our networking series. We appreciate your understanding and aim to ensure you receive maximum value from our networking series.

How will I receive the Zoom links for each session?

Once you register for our networking events, we will ask for your email address. This is where we will send the Zoom links for each session. Expect to receive the link prior to each session. If you do not receive a link, please contact us at contact@go-trace.com for assistance.

Can I register for individual sessions instead of the full series?

Currently, we only offer registration for the full series. This is designed to foster ongoing relationships and deepened discussions over the course of several sessions. Participants are welcome to attend their first event free of charge before deciding to enroll in our series of networking sessions.
